Triscuit "bruschetta"

  • Prep Time: 20 Minutes (Total Time: 27 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 12
  • 1 cup Chopped Plum Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT 100 Percent Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Light House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 36 TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers
  • PREHEAT oven to 400?F. Mix tomatoes, cheese, onions, basil, dressing and garlic. SPOON evenly onto crackers. Place in single layer on baking sheet. BAKE 5 to 7 min. or until hot. Serve warm.

    Make Ahead These tasty summer treats can be made in advance. Mix together all the ingredients except crackers; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon over crackers, then bake as directed.
